Frank Connelly, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Frank Connelly co-founded Top5Flicks.com in September 2005 and has served as Chief Executive Officer from the beginning. An active entrepreneur, Frank got his start by building a lemonade stand at the age of 12. Following stints in Sales for Fortune 500 companies, Frank teamed with his long-time friend John Dessit to bring their vision of Top 5 movies to the Web. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and believes Goodfellas is the greatest movie of all time.
John Dessit, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer
John Dessit co-founded Top5Flicks.com in September 2005 and has overseen the company’s growth and performance ever since. He has been a driving force in creating and growing Top5Flicks.com with his co-founder and long-time friend, Frank Connelly. Previously, John honed his business expertise at a Big 4 accounting firm before pursuing his entrepreneurial passions. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and owns more than 1000 DVDs.
Bob Williams, Vice President of Technology
Bob Williams is Top5Flicks.com’s VP of Technology. He has been leading the company’s technical operations since early 2006. Throughout his career, Bob has created software platforms and provided strategic direction for technological developments. He has an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and has seen Star Wars more than 50 times.
